It's been some time since my last blog, this may be a good thing or maybe not. I guess it's a good thing cause we've been busy and business is on the rise again. Anyways, here is an update on our company for the year 2010. By the way, Happy New Year everyone.
Upcoming plans:
We intend to further improve our customer oriented approach and provide the best after-sale customer service on the market. We now provide around the clock technical support for all our dealers, distributors and dentists.
We have also introduced a new training program for all our dealers. Training will be available at our Toronto offices or at our China location. The training program will consist of two parts. The first component will be an oral presentation of our corporate structure, company motto and company history. The brief presentation will get all new dealers and distributors to understand our corporate motto and to understand our focus as a company, complete with videos and tutorials on dealing with customers and maintenance of equipment. The second part that we will be offered and the most important aspect is a hands on training program for all new clients to be familiar with installation, servicing and maintenance of the equipment. Therefore, all technicians who service our equipment will be certified and trained directly by us.
We will also be introducing a new model chair in the upcoming months. It will be a electro hydraulic dental unit with a stationary cuspidor and light component. It will be priced a little lower then our current A12 chair, but yet still very affordable. A prototype will be released in April. I will also post some pictures for you to see as well.
The next thing in our plans is that we will be expanding our product lines to include a number of disposable items in the near future. These items will be good quality and affordable to all dentists as well as dealers for resale. We intend to introduce these at the ODA show in Toronto later in the year.
So for the new year we have many new plans to improve and expand our sales network, as well as our product lines.

ReplyDeleteI think Flight is the BEST on the market. And it took me a whlie to find them, but I think I found the best dentists in the world too! It's the dental-mecca of the world...Costa Rica! If you are thinking about getting some dental work you may want to consider the cosmetic dental specialists in Costa Rica.
